Job Description
Responsibilities:
Conduct business in line with ethics and principles of the organization with an emphasis on customer centricity
Keenly observe any changes in expectations from customers and prevailing product lines & offerings in the market.
Suggest the internal team with innovative product / service development ideas
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Conduct research to identify unmet market and customer needs
Arrange physical / digital business meetings with prospective clients
Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
Active involvement in negotiations and bidding processes of respective customers and closing deals aligning as per the expectations of the organization.
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Driven to achieve company objectives and targets whilst maintaining customer satisfaction at all times.
Requirements:
Master’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
Willing to start career in sales & marketing in the pharma / healthcare sector.
Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
Proven track record of Performance centric business development.
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
Excellent organizational and negotiation skills.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
